About Us

Choice N Control is a registered Charitable, NDIS Provider. We offer a range of programs and tailored services. We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Supported Accommodation and Respite. Other supports we provide are in school transitions, overnight stays, social and recreational activities, transport services and free NDIS planning.

On top of that we provide a wide variety of activities as part of our comprehensive day program which is tailored services, aimed at skill development and compacity building programs. At Choice N Control we focus on the Participants own needs, preferences, requirements, goals, skills, strengths and abilities.

Additionally, we run frequent camping and weekend away trips for all our Respite Participants. We allow our Supported Independent Living Participants and Day Option Participants to have choice to attend as well. It’s a great experience that every person should be able to be given to join. We single-heartedly like to give opportunities to those who may not be able to afford or receive these things and believe that no one should be left out because of this. We have recently gone to . In the new year we are organising plans for an interstate trip for some of our Participants.

As mentioned above we run our day options program, it is one of a kind. It is Located in Lewiston where it is a Unique 5-acre property. We offer respite at the site to, where they have opportunity to be involved in the activities when they have their stay.

Being on a large property there are beautiful surrounding gardens and home-grown Vegetable patch by our very own Staff and Participants which we utilise in our cooking classes.



We have a sports oval even international standards cricket pitch



A love of most Participants who attend day options is our animals – Larry our horse who is often a center of attraction for our visitors, without a doubt we see the bunnies come out their cages for a cuddle and our chickens provide us with our eggs for our baking days.

Lastly our SIL services, Choice N Control purpose build homes for NDIS Participants to live. Our supported independent living houses are high quality, owned and fully furnished by Choice N Control. We take pride in the supports we provide to our Participants and are flexible, work closely with our individuals with a person-centered approach.

We have brand new fully furnished Supported Independent Living houses within the northern suburbs of Adelaide that are owned by Choice N Control and upcoming SDA Approved homes. Currently have had three new houses built in Miravalle Estate, Angle Vale. I have provided links below on Nest. We have place expression of interests in land available at Villawood Estate, in Oakden.

Choice N Control takes pride in our name. We support and provide every day choice and control in people’s lives. We provide choice in supports; we provide choice to all our Participants to be involved in any occasion organised by CNC. This means if our Day Options Program is going out on a special planned day, Our Supported Independent Living Participants are invited, involved and included. Very much the same about our Camps and Respite. We allow our Participants to take control on how they’d like to be supported, we do with and not for and support Independence.
